On April 15, the whole Section A of Project B in Phase III Site in Hongtang South Area was handed over in advance, which set a new record for the acquisition and demolition in Tong'an District.

The section is reported to cover 567,400 m2, with a floor area of about 322,300 m2. The acquisition involves 241 residential houses and 11 state-owned enterprise land parcels, and 84 operating enterprises, including the largest single-site relocation project of state-owned land in Tong'an District at one time.
